GEORGE TOWN, Jan 18 – The Penang branch of the Malay right-wing group Perkasa wants to meet Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng to discuss several issues involving Malays in the state, Penang Perkasa Youth chief Mohd Rizuad Azudin said today.
He said a letter would be sent tomorrow to Lim and it is hoped that he would respond within two weeks.
Perkasa wants to discuss the issue of affordable housing promised by the state government during the last general election and the issue of compensation for demolished Malay-owned shops, he told reporters here.
